Terms of Use
Pinch is run by TAVREX LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 17067623), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (“we”). By using Pinch you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or over; if you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you subscribe. Apple’s standard App Store licence terms also apply.
Subscriptions
- Pinch Yearly: £49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers (once per Apple ID).
- Pinch Weekly: £9.99 per week, no free trial.
- The price of your plan is shown before you buy. Any per-week figure shown for the yearly plan is only a comparison: it is billed £49.99 once a year.
- Apple charges your Apple ID: on the yearly plan when the trial ends, on the weekly plan when you confirm. Both plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel or change plan in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pinch. Deleting the app does not cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- By starting the trial or subscription you ask us to start the service straight away. Once the service has been fully provided you lose your right to cancel, and if you cancel during the 14-day cancellation period you may have to pay for what you used.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. This does not affect your legal rights.
Prices are estimates
Supermarket prices and totals in Pinch are estimates based on published UK supermarket price data from 2024 adjusted with official inflation figures, and checked against current prices for some stores, not live prices. What you pay in the shop will differ. Pinch is not affiliated with or endorsed by any supermarket; their names belong to their owners and are used only to say which shop an estimate is for.
Recipes
Recipes are general home cooking, not medical, nutrition or dietary advice. Pinch is not an allergy tool: diet labels and “ingredients to skip” are conveniences, so always read ingredient labels, and take medical advice if you have an allergy or intolerance. Food pictures are AI-generated illustrations; your dish may look different.
Other
The app, recipes, pictures and data are ours; use them for yourself only and do not copy or scrape them. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. We may update these terms and the app, and will give notice of important changes. English law applies (Scottish and Northern Irish consumers keep their local rights).
