Pinch is run by TAVREX LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (company number 17067623), the controller of your data. Contact: getpinchapp@outlook.com.
What we collect
- Setup answers, plan and ratings (name, household, budget, shop, diet, foods to skip): stored on your device only. Pinch has no server of its own.
- Subscription status, through Apple. We never see your card or Apple ID details.
- Crash reports reach us only through Apple, and only if you allow sharing with developers. Pinch does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
- Reminders (Sunday plan, trial ending) are scheduled on your device; we collect no push token. Turn them off in Settings.
- Emails you send us for support, kept up to 24 months.
Why
To provide the app and subscription (contract); to send reminders you turn on (consent); to keep accounting records for 6 years (legal obligation). Apple handles payments and subscriptions as the App Store operator; we receive no card or Apple ID details.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, track you across other apps or sites, use advertising identifiers, or send your answers to anyone. Pinch is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent: getpinchapp@outlook.com; we reply within one month. Deleting the app removes the data on your phone. You can complain to the ICO: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We will tell you in the app about important changes to this policy.
